This should not be rated as every company needs to offer family medical leave.
Have to be there one year. Pray nothing happens that requires you to be off during the year you arent eligible! Taking off for ailing parents, sick children, or any other personal reason is highly frowned upon. I've actually been written up for it, after they told me I could take extended leave, but chose not to so they would have someone present in the office.
They don't care about your family. If your sick and you don't have PTO then it's leave without pay
Don't think they have it at all
For part time employees there is none. I was pregnant a concerned about my income and job after baby but there was nothing set up for pregnant women. However I was able to return to work.
yes you can take leave but you won't get paid for it
