Your typical benefits package. I think the 401k matched 4% when I was there. As I was young I really didn't care about the medical aspects, nor did I really use them. Didn't hear much complaints about them anyway.
The company offers monthly discounts with the major cellular carriers which is nice. However, the medical benefits leave a lot to be desired. There are several plans you can choose from but the deductibles are all very high and the coverage is not very good. Be prepared to spend a lot of money out of pocket, particularly if you have ongoing medical expenses.

Amazing clients. Horrible management and company. Neglects clients needs and care. Never fully staffed. When someone doesn't do their job or do their job right, there are no consequences. Yet, when an amazing employee slips up one time, they are under investigation for Abuse and Neglect and even harassed! By West Virginia Law you can only work for 14 straight hours with 2 hours long breaks including a half-hour lunch with five 10 minute cigarette breaks, yet on many occasions I have worked with NO breaks No food for 18 straight hours and then they wanted me to stay 2 more hours after I has called and informed them that I need food due to not having any or any breaks and my vision was blurry, I could barely stand and they said if I leave I am fired.
Insurance has high deductible and high Max out of pocket. I give 2 stars because PTO is better than some others but not by much.
