you don't start getting any benefits until your 6 months on the job. You are underpaid considering the salary being paid vis a vis the work you do, you are hiring and training caregivers, signing new clients up, coordinating ongoing clients care, scheduling caregivers, preparing care plans and tons of clients documentation and above all doing payroll biweekly. It's a crazy environment to be in.
