Healthcare was very ordinary. In fact we were better of taking and utilizing my wife's healthcare benefits

The un organization of this place is amazing. The turnaround is so high mostly because of the program manager. I say run do not work for this place not even if it is the last resort

No "Company Perks." You can join 401K. Medical, Dental, Vision and other benefits available such as life insurance or long/short term disability but it is all very expensive and with unbelievably high copay's. You earn PTO time but have to request your days off about a month in advance and your request is often ignored, lost or declined.

Benefits were not good at all. The only option they give you is Kaiser and you're paying $65 per visit to see a doctor. Plus, they continue to send you bills to pay after your free yearly checkup.

You can’t accumulate PTO until you’ve been there at least 3 months. Even then it’s a very small accrument. They place you under “salary” so that they can work you to death and not pay you. There is no 401k. No perks, no additional benefits or bonuses.
