    401 k is good pto good , no sick time which is no good people will get sick one should not have to use their pto for sick day or dr appt they should be able to preserve for vacations , health benefits are rubbish not practice based on pay employees receiving may be affordable for the highest paid employee but not lower level a sham

    BAD: no 401K matching for 1st year, very high deductibles ($3,500/$4,500) w/ low coinsurance, low dental benefit cap, scammy 'special offers' from third parties so if you want a discount at Capella University, this company is proud to serve it to you. No PTO for first 3 months (used to be first 6 months which was craaaazy bad policy), no real wellness program to speak of. GOOD: Government holidays off

    Deductible was very very High. Some staff were compensated to make up difference. But others weren't based off relationship with Program Director

    Currently the medical plans offered do not compete with other employers. Premiums are reasonable but the plans come with high high deductibles. Hopefully they are making plans for improvement inn 2019

    Matching 401k after 1 year. Bonuses. No annual increases. Expense insurance. Standard work week and schedule. 15 days PTO (no sick time). PTO increases to 20 days after 3 years, but no increase after that.
