Excellent holiday/sick/vacation leave (13/21/21 days per year). Employer 401K tax free contribution (10% of salary) after first year of employment. Good range of medical benefit options with reasonable premiums.

Best: 10% contribution to retirement, 21 days vacation, 13 holidays, 21 days sick Worst: HR can be really inflexible when you have a problem

The Pension through TIAA CREF. After one year of service, RCUH (actually your principle investigator) gives the employee 10% of earnings before taxes to a retirement account.

Over 22 days paid vacation is the biggest perk. They also have a retirement plan that will match your contributions.

Health insurance is excellent, however, it is very expensive. Worst thing about RCUH benefits is that their flex plan is use it or lose it so if you overestimate your medical/dental needs, you could lose hundreds of dollars.
