I got 30 hour paid leave for 6 month duration.
A great number of days provided. There's ample time for work/life balance
The best package out there. There is a lot of opportunities for growth and development of your career.
It was acquired based on the amount of time you worked there
Not enough vacation time and management not as flexible as they should be; need better comp time policy
The paid time off is very good.
Being on a grant based program makes it difficult to carry over and rollover unused days into the new year.
The offers are based on the accumulation of your total work hours.
You accrue a small amount of sick leave every day you work, as well as getting short-term disability insurance.
Very good. They follow the academic holiday calendar so all the bank holidays and typical holidays are off. Depending on which university you are at, you may get more (we get the high Jewish holidays off as well at my location).
