Great benefits- medical, dental vision, company paid Long and Short Term Disability and Life Insurance. 401k with company match. Employee Adoption Assistance program. Good PTO plan and company paid holidays. Company car for field staff. Frequent office events including cider and donuts, taco bars, opening day celebration.

401k offered though not matched for all employees. Great benefits for full time which is why many full timers don't leave. Part timers only get medical insurance and a few days of paid time off a year. Full timers get everything, STD, LTD, medical, dental, vision, car, car insurance, everything).

In general, pretty good benefits package. HR is very helpful - answers all questions promptly. 401K is better than what I have had in past. Generous PTO accrual. Very flexible in regards to using time off.

Best thing is the Health Insurance. The worst thing is the 401K match for the first year, but it gets better each year.
