Not great Health benefits for the medical field but most are not anymore.
Comprehensive, adequate and reasonably priced.

Terrible high copays little coverage and no employer contribution.
401k offered though not matched for all employees. Great benefits for full time which is why many full timers don't leave. Part timers only get medical insurance and a few days of paid time off a year. Full timers get everything, STD, LTD, medical, dental, vision, car, car insurance, everything).
Expensive for insurance, but that’s everywhere now a days
The health insurance could be better.
In general, pretty good benefits package. HR is very helpful - answers all questions promptly. 401K is better than what I have had in past. Generous PTO accrual. Very flexible in regards to using time off.
Best thing is the Health Insurance. The worst thing is the 401K match for the first year, but it gets better each year.
