It seems to be affordable and the coverage is good
They do not offer a matching 401k
Insurance is almost as expensive as market policies with high premiums and deductible slls, no 401k matching, no maternity/paternity leave for attorneys (you can take time off but you're still expected to make up your hours elsewhere)
401k no matching Health insurance is a decent plan but is expensive and has alot of coverage exceptions Flexible hours for attorneys with provided nice laptop for remote working; management understanding about working from home and tend to facilitate it though they prefer some office facetime

The benefits plans are decent, and cost effective particularly for younger employees. They do not match 401k contributions, which is disappointing, but the benefits package is really thorough including LTD, STD, specific disease, and a variety of other benefits.
