Best time off worst no other benefits
Pretty standard PTO compared to other big media agencies. 10 vacation days, 5 personal days, 10 sick days, 5 summer Fridays, and the week between xmas and new years off. I only gave 4 stars because everything PTO package can be better. Maternity/Paternity leave exists but isn't great.
Not as great as it could be for a huge holding company. Went to a small company afterward, pay less than I did here and get better health insurance Work from home depends on the team that you have Summer Fridays are nice

The health insurance and time off is pretty good - adds up to a total of around 30 days.
Paid vacation is fair. No dental. Yes 401k.
