General, basic benefits package for all full time salaried employees.
Working for a contracting agency that offers full-time benefits is rare. Resolvit's benefits package is the same in scope and options, as working for any company as a full-time employee. The rates are comparable to other companies, and they work very hard to keep the costs down.
Decent 401k. Good medical benefits but can be better too

the education reimbursement is awesome...it is allowing me to take some classes i need. the worse thing is the dental insurance..its not that great
Resolvit has great medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D, 401K with matching, vacation, sick, and holidays. Very comprehensive package!
Because Resolvit keeps me personally informed on any potential or actual changes to my benefit plan, I feel that they really go to bat for me to have the best benefits I can get. I feel like it's being don't FOR me and not TO me.
Resolvit benefits for 2015 begin the first of the month after 60 days of employment for medical, dental and vision insurance and employees can contribute to a 401k plan on the first of the month after 90 days of employment. A small company-paid life and AD&D policy also begins the first of the month after 60 days of employment, as does company-paid long-term disability coverage. New hires do not accrue vacation or sick time until after 90 days of employment. Resolvit grants 8 paid holidays. New hires earn five sick days and 10 vacation days on an accrual basis each year. Sick days do not roll over. Up to 5 vacation days roll over but must be used within the first quarter. Unused vacation is not paid out except at termination. There are three medical plan options, the most expensive of which is very good. Dental and vision insurance are also available. Long-term disability is company-paid, while short-term disability is optional and employee-paid. After one year of employment Resolvit will match 50% of your 401k contributions up to 6%. In other words, if you contribute 6%, Resolvit will contribute 3%. There is a five-year vesting schedule for the company match. Supplemental and spousal life insurance are available as employee-paid options.
