Very basic benefits. There are discounts on some gyms and services. PTO is very minimal and WFH is not a thing

Benefits are expensive for retail and not very rich. There is no 401k matching or an employee stock purchase plan. Good news, there is a RH discount on merchandise/hospitality. Also there are only 6 paid public holidays, 1 floating holiday, 1 personal holiday. All bereavement/sick is standard and led by legislated bottom bar.

No pros. For working in a corporate environment this package is a joke. Had the same coverage but cheaper working at a coffee shop. No 401k match because CEO doesn’t believe in hand outs.

HR tells you that you will start at 11.00, or 11.75 for night shift, and that within a month you will get a raise, but the raise never comes. To work any other shift you have to bid for it, and it is a popularity game. Senior staff has an attitude, and no matter what you approach them for, you are made to feel you are in the wrong and the gossip never stops.

Health insurance, no match on 401k, 50% full price items for employees, 2 weeks paid vacation, work most holidays

The best benefit is being able to take unpaid time off to supplement the amount of PTO. However, not many paid holidays compared to other companies. (The day after thanksgiving is NOT a holiday). 401K is the worst I’ve ever had. No company match by a company that is doing so well. Seems very greedy and not empathetic to employees trying to build a nest egg. No profit sharing or stock options. Insurance plans are out of California so difficult to find providers in network of quality outside of California. Extra perks are only for California. The employee discount is good if you can afford half off of retail price, which is still very high.
