1% match up to 3%, then 1/2% match up to 5%. If an employee puts in 5%, the company puts in 4%.
Company matches 100% for the first 3% and 50% of the next 2%. You have to contribute minimum 5% to get the max match of 4%. No vesting period 2018 onwards.

One of the few benefits that does not stand out for RetailMeNot head and shoulders above the rest is their 401k plan. Matching must vest, does not cover as much as many companies, and even at a low total match, gets progressively worse percentage-wise.
