I think the health care options are very good!
Several different options to choose from, and truly has a "People First" feel to the plans. The company pays for a large portion of the HSA deductible.

Decently stocked kitchen, catered lunches 3 days a week, decent amount of time off given. Not much in stock options, company isn't even publicly traded, given a "stipend" for purchasing work related equipment; caveat: you have to spend the entire first year's stipend on your laptop at full price, but get a refurbished one that will likely crap out on you.
Uncapped PTO, Great Healthcare, 401k, Great work environment. The company treats its employees very well.
