The health insurance is junk and they know it so they started an HSA plan this year and are contributing $25 a month to that if you choose to use it. It seems like everyone is having trouble with health insurance this year though. I like that they're trying to get the best deal for us but wish they would've been able to make it a little better.
Insurance plans are very expensive and coverage is high deductible. Company pays less than half of any plan that covers anything and contributes nothing to vision or dental spouses or kids.
Because the majority of the company is so young, it helps to keep costs a little lower for good plans. That being said, the company contribution is lower than what most of my friends get at their companies.
Very expensive and no coverage for anyone but employee. If you have family members who need insurance you'll pay for all of it. Which probably would be what you get pad to be there so look somewhere else where they value people
