    Far below average for the industry. Investing in employees means investing in their health and well-being. People coming to work sick because they can’t stay home isn’t good for anyone.

    There is no “vacation”. Holiday time off is only the mandated holidays, meaning your expected to work on Christmas Eve or use your PTO. It’s not generous to begin with and requiring employees to do everything at the office means using PTO for random appts, illness, vacation, and everything in between. Hoping I can get a vacation but that would also mean losing commission because inevitably there would be some kpi I didn’t meet.

    PTO is great because you earn as you go and you can carry over some year to year. The worst part is if you're sick it comes out of your vacation time. And you don't get more per year until you've been there for 3 years (and it's only an added 3 days per year).

    Vacation and paid time off was very paltry compared to other companies' packages.

    It'll be 9 months before you earn enough time off to take a vacation and they provide minimal time off for holidays. You basically earn one day a month for anything you may need time off for so if you get sick you may not be able to go on vacation. Sorry kids.
