I wish they covered fertility treatment. However, I understand that is a HUGE cost to any organization, and I am grateful I have the coverage I have. Keep up the good work!
Would like to see more for 401K matching and way better medical benefits. I like HSA but can't stand the huge deductible that needs to be met.

you have insurance but it seems that it's a very complicated one and hard to use. I went to use it for appointments and checks and seemed to be more trouble than useful as i had to pay 90% out of pocket.

Recently updated family leave policy which is competitive, as well as education funds which could also be used for exploration (known as ed/ex). Wish they had more competitive 401k matching program
Excellent family leave policy for this type of organization. Health insurance as far as what is covered for small as preventative has decreased each year. Costs have gone up each year to the employee.
$2K EdEx per year is awesome! Health benefits are average. PTO and 401K matching could be better; but, better than nothing.
