Revel offers a comprehensive compensation & benefits package to revelers and their families so they can focus on what they love to do most. We offer multiple healthcare options so that our employees have the flexibility to choose what is best for them and their families. Revel will also match up to $2,000 to your 401(k) plan and offers additional employee life/AD&D insurance, spouse life insurance, vision, short/long-term disability and paid time off. To truly demonstrate our value to empower our employees we offer education and exploration funds to encourage our associates to not only deepen their education but also to explore their passions.
Best: Parental Leave benefit paid for 10 weeks in whole or split up within 12 months of new child after 12 months with firm. Second Best: 401K match at 50% and then 100% after 3 years. 6-month vesting period, typical.
Best: flexibility in terms of unpaid time off. Can request weeks or even months off in between projects. Costco snacks in he office and as much La Croix, Keurig, soda you can drink. They splurge on the annual holiday party (happens post holidays) and summer picnic. They’re making good efforts at increasing training and education, something that was severely lacking the past couple of years. Worst: PTO is only 2 weeks for consultants, which is a week less than what the Revel operation/support team (HR, resourcing, etc) gets. 401k match is only $2k/year and only fully vests after 3 years. Vests half after 2 years. Bench pay is only 50% so make sure you have a decent emergency fund to pay your mortgage/rent/bills/childcare for two months at a time.
The Ex/Ed program is pretty cool, and relatively competitive in the Seattle market, although the other benefits leave something to be desired.
2 weeks PTO, good medical /dental options. Ten week paternity leave for associates who have been in the company more than 1 year.
Good things - 401k match, floating holidays, PTO, health care options and shared cost. Also a learning fund for both personal and professional development is very generous. They put the money in the people.
I wish they covered fertility treatment. However, I understand that is a HUGE cost to any organization, and I am grateful I have the coverage I have. Keep up the good work!
Would like to see more for 401K matching and way better medical benefits. I like HSA but can't stand the huge deductible that needs to be met.
Best: 401K, medical and dental coverage, maternity leave, ability to work from home depending on projects Worst: Bench pay policy (50% or even nothing for most consultants), only 2 weeks PTO, no bonuses,
you have insurance but it seems that it's a very complicated one and hard to use. I went to use it for appointments and checks and seemed to be more trouble than useful as i had to pay 90% out of pocket.
Solid healthcare, 401K with a number of investment options from Fidelity, and limited PTO starting at 10 days a year.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
