health insurance was standard, great 401k package, flexible PTO, fully stocked kitchen + free lunch, and happy hour every Friday!
Benefits continued to gradually get worse as the company laid off more people.
There wasn't much that was good or bad. It was a pretty standard package. This is nothing something you worry too much about with you are 23 years old.
When I started, it was not bad. - Free catered lunch of your choosing - Unlimited vacation - Decent insurance That all changed with new leadership
Good company perks, free lunch, gym subsidy
What used to be unlimited vacation
Could be better at accommodating PTO requests

Free food in fully stocked kitchen and free daily catered lunch, mediocre health insurance and 401k.
They used to have unlimited PTO, but no longer do. Free snacks and lunch, but honestly, it's not that great and most startups do this.
