Happy with benefits. Company seems intent on improving and evolving benefits offering. I love that we can bring pets to office.
Benefits package was really good
Best part of benefits is that benefits keep improving be it free lunches, 401k or wellness. No real complaints from me. I complained about family benefits contribution and the company improved it this year.
Best part of the benefits offering is that the company continues to improve it as the company grows and wants / needs of the employee base are understood.
My mother passed recently and I thought I'd take advantage of our supposedly unlimited PTO to grieve. My boss let me have a week, but he's been spamming me every day since to return, even though I feel the lowest I've felt in my life. Should I just quit my job if I have some savings?

I have stepped into December with total apathy towards work. Just came back from vacation so I don’t feel like I need to rest. Just no desire at all to do anything and I can’t find the motivation. I am also in the process of looking for other job opportunities but nothing seems to excite me. Has anyone ever felt the same way? Maybe it’s just a period that will pass on its own? Any advice will be appreciated🙏
I work at growth-stage company and and am looking to substantially improve my salary in the Feb annual review. I told them $85k during interview, they got me down to $65k+equity+fully paid benefits+WFH+4% 401k match, and honestly, I was stuck in my career after exploring post-grad and a bit desperate to use my degree. Plus I had never negotiated before. The company is expecting a big round of funding in the new year; I have consistently excelled; they gave $10k retention for just 2months...
Im a recent college grad in my first job out of school. Im working a sales job making $50k base, but my territory is healthcare in the west (idaho, alaksa, etc) and most of the companies I reach out to are very small and struggling financially due to covid. As a result, it has been extremely difficult to get any sort of response/traction. It is starting to seem like no matter how many hours i put in, the need isnt there. Do i stick it out because its my first year, or am i setting myself to fail?
For a young company, it is clear that HDVI is working to enhance benefits. we have healthy PTO. In my case 3 weeks. In the Glendale office, free snacks and beverages are provided and free lunches are provided regularly. We are offered a 401k plan but no company match at this time.
Management team continues to review and enhance benefits. Company adjusted total number of holidays in '17. Total holidays is now in line with other companies.
Excited that company recently improved amount of time available for vacation / paid time off. Management is clearly listening I know they are considering a 401k.
