Medical/Dental insurance is very expensive and the crazy thing is that the "high deductible" medical plan is not much cheaper than the PPO (which is really expensive) so you can't really save much is the HSA. Vacation system is the best thing.

The benefits go beyond the package - your manager has discretion to make your work/life balance great.

There is no worst benefits at RN. They are not the best but very conformable benefits. Health insurance choices, normal PTO, matching 401K, company discount at participant restaurant and monthly free lunch.

Insurance was with a very good company, Blue Cross Blue Shield, just had some limits on it I didn't care for. May be the way it is now a days.
