Paid Time off is generous
High medical insurance premiums per pay period. They change insurance providers ever so often.
No paid maternity leave. Had to work up until delivery date.
Accrued PTO hours are nice, & increase once you complete 3 years, only negative is all time off comes out of same set. Sick, vacation & holiday time.
Worst part includes: FT/PT based creating cost inequality(especially for Health insurance), separate pricing, and some things like that. Includes health insurance(even though the individual mandate expired on 1/1/19).
I like their benefits. I only had a co pay to a lot of doctor visits.
PTO accumulated throughout the year, being at a hospital pharmacy and doctors are always close.
whats best is that its not very expensive
Expense healthcare insurance and lower pto compared to other hospitals, otherwise everything else is ok. Very little compensation for tuition reimbursement
The cost of benefits is expensive and definitely a drawback for the type of benefits received. The benefits are, however, plentiful.
