They are very generous with PTO. They match 403B, but the insurance switched from BCBS to United, and it's just not as good. It's still probably better than most, but it's been a big transition.

The best thing off is the vacation time and the 401k ( because it's a hospital, the medical benefits are a given).
Best thing is that it is very affordable compared to what I hear from many other employers.
Outstanding Benefits packages are offered through the hospital system you just have to ask but someone's always willing to help you to understand and figure out what will be best for you.
