The 401k and PTO plans are great.
Only 6 weeks paid maternity leave
Multi-year vesting period and low match 401k. Medical/mental health benefits seem to be about 10 years behind what other companies are offering. Technically 4 weeks of vacation but can only accumulate up to 3 then you just loose vacation regardless if you are able to take the pto or not.
Benefits are okay. 401k match and vesting could be better
They're a 30 billion dollar a year corporation, and they cheaped out on medical insurance? Makes perfect sense.

Very inexpensive health insurance. You can take a simple health exam for highly discounted rates which is awesome.
Company perks include free beer, food. Worst thing is the PTO, flexible schedule policy.
