    Working in the field trade marketing, you are given a vehicle, gas, insurance, and maintenance for a very small monthly payment. On top of that Reynolds offers all full time employees health dental and vision insurance as well as 2 weeks paid vacation for new employees.

    The 401k is good. They will put an additional 9% as long as you dont go over 10%. So i put in 10% they put in 9%. If you go over 10% they only match 6%. Medical and dental insurance is very affordable but out of pocket is very high. Great company but the industy is ever changing.

    Best part: company car with gas/maintenance, 401(k) match up to 6% and they give 3% (by putting 6 you get 15%) insurance so-so. Worst part: PAY it is by far the lowest in the industry especially for the workload and brands managed. Juul Reps that handle 1 brand, make much more and receive equity. Altria Reps handle less brands, started at higher pay than Senior Territory Managers TMIII (which takes min of 2 years to get). RJ Reynolds handles 4 brands just within vapor, then add 4 distinct cigarette brands, Snus and Tobacco. Each one having their own focus and loads of time spent on presence needs. This all without added expectation of taking on higher responsibilities. If you have a family you better have dual income. Turnover has become extremely high.
