Excellent benefits package, union job. Good pay, health, dental, vision, good retirement package
Best: One of the best 401k contribution plans; company puts 2% annually in 401k even if you make no contribution. Worst: No paternity leave; low salary levels; mediocre health insurance plan; weak dental plan
401k is best I've seen. 6% matching (100% and immediately vested), additional 2% if you're there through the end of the year. They use principal, the options for investments aren't bad, relatively cheap for the most part. Healthcare seems to be on par, I don't have much to compare against. BCBS. Dental seems good enough (Delta) - free cleanings. Free gym in the building, but it's old.
Good benefits, inexpensive and great coverage. There is no paid maternity or paternity leave, you can leave but you get no pay.
The health insurance is the best along with matching 401k
Comprehensive benefits. Health insurance, dental, vision, 401k, healthy choice reimbursement, on site nurse
You can wear jeans on Friday is the best. Poor vacation, insurance is not even BCBS of IL to cut costs (and quality)
