    Not a lot of vacation days but some and paid, working out to about 9 days to start off

    I feel time off given is appropriate and comparable to other similar companies. If you include personal days and holidays into the equation it makes a difference. Also, as a salary person, I've found leadership willing to work this group on time off if needed. I've only had positive experiences.

    Vacation is extremely week (10 days for first 5 years) unless you negotiate with manager and that only works if your attractive. Sick time is at the mercy (ahem) I mean the discretion of your manager. PTO is controversial as that is too forward thinking
