    Time Off is the worse. I won't have any vacation days til the next January. Reporting sick days with a doctor's excuse is another way they try to manage our life.

    Health insurance is standard (health, vision, dental). HSA package is available. There is an onsite clinic for annual checkups, etc. 401K matches at 6%. Fully vested after 2 years working for the company. Vacation time is 2 weeks until you hit five years, then moves up to 3 weeks. 2 unexcused sick days per year.

    No adult orthodontic plan. No sick days until you've been there for 4 months. No PTO until the next calendar year. Very few company holidays.

    - 401K match up to 6%. - 10 Vacation days (can be taken as half days) that you earn the previous year. If you are hired in June, you don't get any vacation days in 2017, and then you only get 6 in 2018. - 2 Excused sick days; 6 unexcused sick days requiring doctor's note. - My eye doctor said our Vision insurance is the best. - Dental insurance is good. - Medical/Prescription is lacking. There is a $2,750 deductible. - I think we have 8 paid holidays? The major ones plus a floating holiday usually used after Christmas.

    6% 401k match that is fully vested after 2 years. They also have really cheap health insurance through Cigna if you pass their biometric screening.

    6% matching 401K is great. High deductible health insurance is also good if you're healthy and single. Vacation/sick time takes too long to accumulate.
