You only get 1 day to 1 week of vacation starting off, depending on when you were hired. Vacation eventually accrues but does not carry over.

First year you do not receive any paid vacation days until january 1st of which you will receive paid vacation days of the number of months you worked in the lrevious year. After this, it is 10 vacation days per year.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Supervisor in Houston, Texas

2 weeks vacation and one week sick time offered until you become a supervisor. Sick time can only be used when you are sick, not if you need to take time off to tend to a sick family member. I was berated for using sick time to take care of a sick child instead of vacation.

It's ok, you get 10 days for the first few years, then eventually 15 after 5 or 6 or so.

You dont get PTO your first year which is just odd. You also dont accrue any additional days until after your 6th year, which is also odd.

Only thing that was a downfall changing my career and moving to a different company is starting over with only 1 paid vacation day for the first year.
