The vacation/PTO accrual rate is a good benefit. The Healthcare plan has decent coverage, but the stipulations are often unexpected when a claim is denied. High deductible plans, although the norm these days are challenging for employees with dependents that require large amounts of care each year. The company contribution to HSA accounts does help to offset some of this burden and would be considered generous.
