    I didn't have to use this option but I do know it's a good program. They offer the standard amount of time for maternity leave but I'm not entirely sure if there's paternity leave. Managers are typically okay with a couple of days paternity leave from what I remember.

    Decent amount of paternity leave; I think that maternity leave is OK but I don't know

    Could take FMLA as a father but unpaid. Save up YTO. You will need it!
