Ricoh does have a good 401K program and the health benefits are not bad either. As with all companies, the health costs are rising.
I think the benefit options are great! The coverage options are excellent and the costs are fair.
2 weeks vacation, health insurance, 401k contribution, PTO, Maternity Leave, Short term disability, PTO used for sick and personal days, some holidays off.
Benefits are crap and expensive
Seemed typical. Medical a little pricey. Well run over all.
Comprehensive set of benefits, covering a lot of what is offered anywhere else. Health care plans can be expensive, we used my wife's employer health care because it was significantly cheaper.
The health benefits are ok, the 401k is not consistent, and the vacation/sick time is not bad.
Company had good benefits and discount programs for employees. They would bring in organizations (ex. Sam's) for employee discounts.
A full bundle of available options for review online: includes health insurance including dental and vision options, 401(k), vacation allowances, maternity & paternity leave allowances, training allowances.
Health insurance- very expensive. Different levels, different coverage amounts and deductibles. Employee contribution to the premium is greater than 50% each pay period. 401 K suspended last quarter 2017, reinstated first quarter 2018. Vacation- 2 weeks under 5 years. You can borrow against the time projected. You can purchase up to 2 weeks of vacation- I liked. Time off is accrued. It may take one month to accrue 8 hrs of sick time. Company perks? You have to pay for Ricoh labeled pencils and other small trinkets. The clothing you paid for- reasonable and good quality. Anniversary gift catalog selection limited.
