If I could give it a zero I would. Vacation and sick time seems generous, holidays off etc. What they don't tell you is the time has to build up and that takes a long time, also if you want off you have to be the first in the region to ask for it, chances are you will not be able to use the time when you do finally build it up, it does not carry over. Health care is too expensive here and not very good
Ricoh has lots of options for Benefits. Your are likely to find something in your budget. The best plans are extremely expensive and prescription benefits are very pricey.
Nobody seems to know or can explain them.
Medical plans are costly with high deductibles but there are many different options for the medical plans.
New employees only get 2 days off for the first year, then only 4 days for the second year
Ricoh USA has recently stopped their 401K match because of the dire financial condition of the US subsidiary.
There was an option for a bronze plan with a Health Savings Account. This package is very reasonably priced and is a great option for those that only need annual check-ups. Vacation offered to new employees left a lot to be desired.
