The paid time off is decent but health benefits are increasingly expensive. Yearly merit increases are so small you make less money every year once the insurance premiums go up.
Benefits were ok. It offer several options and you made the choice.
Competitive package for family healthcare
As most companies they required at least a months notice for a planed week long vacation to set up proper coverage. Health insurance was pretty much in par with any other company. Probably slightly cheaper given that Ricoh is a big company. I would have preferred more than 2 weeks of vacation for about 250 work days per year.
