“They give an additional contribution on a discretionary yearly basis.”
Rincon Research quite possibly has the best benefits of any company in Tucson.
Rincon has great benefits. The best things are free, topnotch health insurance and it's employee owned so you earn shares yearly. The worst thing is the professional development and training are only available to some people. They are fickle about who they approve.
Without a doubt, the medical coverage is the best part of Rincon's benefit package. It is 100% payed for by the company (family coverage as well), with very small copays and deductibles.
Free health insurance, lots of PPTO, ESOP
There is a lot of money for retirement, between generous 401k contributions and the ESOP. Also pays completely for the health, dental, life insurances.
The health insurance, including dental and vision, is paid for by the company and of a very high quality.
Outstanding benefits! Rincon pays 100% of the monthly premium for all levels of coverage (employee, +spouse, +children, etc.) for medical/dental as well as employee life insurance, short term disability coverage, and long term disability coverage. Low copays, great network. Lots of Personal Paid Time Off (PPTO) that you can roll over if unused at the end of the year, plus comp time and flexible hours. Paid holidays - including the week between Christmas and New Years. Overall, fantastic. I love it all.
Very rich benefits package 100% paid by employer. Some have complained about the switch to Healthsmart as the provider, but I have never had a problem getting coverage or a claim paid. The only complaint I have is it would be nice to have some sick time in addition to PTO. Very good 401k with standard match plus an additional employer contribution. Includes other perks like 50% of you home internet expenses.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
