As we focus on creating the best player experiences, we also strive to create a place where Rioters will thrive. Below are a few of the benefits for Rioters working in our North America offices (Los Angeles, St. Louis, and New York City).
Riot works extremely hard to give industry best benefits. Open PTO policy, a cafeteria for lunches, great 401k matching, a yearly fund to purchase games, tons of health insurance options, the list goes on. When it comes to benefits, you can't do much better.
i appreciate the unlimited pto
401k, medical insurance, PTO, free lunch and dinner
Insurance isn't covered 100%, but it's pretty solid. The food is great, as is the campus. Relocation benefits are amazing, covering the entire cost of the move, providing location experts to help find a neighborhood and even specific homes. It really made the whole move so much less stressful, we did it all in two weeks from signing offer letter to moving in.
Amazing benefit packages and choices to fit what you need.
Riot has a scenic campus with a dedicated PC Bang for impromptu matches, a Bilgewater-themed cafe that serves delicious and varied drinks or the healthier alternative at the smoothie bar across the street, and a high-tech esports stadium that hosts events throughout the year. The 100% subsidized meals removes the inconvenience of traveling for lunch or ordering dinner for later evenings. 401k matching and health insurance is about industry standard, but Riot does have an HSA matching that is more rare. Dependent Care FSA will be appreciated by parents with children in daycare. Base salary has gotten more competitive, and Riot has an incentive program that can be pretty lucrative for very high performers. There are onsite courses on various topics for those interested in improving their skills or picking up new ones.
