As we focus on creating the best player experiences, we also strive to create a place where Rioters will thrive. Below are a few of the benefits for Rioters working in our North America offices (Los Angeles, St. Louis, and New York City).
401k Match, Dental, health insurance, unlimited paid vacation, casual work environment. Campus has subsidized lunch, and cafeterias with snacks, and cereal if you want to eat breakfast. Dinner is also available with limited selections in the cafeteria.
You get a lot of benefits aside "normal" or standard for IT industry: - awesome meals - play fund - lots of well care options - internal learning marketplace - rioters get support from internal team solely focused around your well being.
It's a pretty comprehensive package overall. Includes everything you can think of, but I wish the medical insurance was more comprehensive. Additionally, many of the benefits require some form of payment.
Overall the benefits package is pretty great. Best: The play fund! Riot buys my video games for me. Next Best: Noms Cafe! Top tier food which is subsidized by Riot. one of the best things about Noms is that I can eat great food (without travel or personal cost) and have excellent lunch meetings with colleagues. Worst: Vision coverage isn't as good as some competitors like EA/Activision. Their coverage will cover almost 100% of lazik.
Best - health insurance. I pay almost no monthly deductible, and I have everything covered right off the bat. No $5,000 yearly deductible before the insurance starts paying, everything is covered. Small $20-30 copay for most services. $100 for an emergency room visit.
Unlimited PTO, great health insurance, free food, great campus. Poor Bonus structure.
Excellent benefits and perks. They take very good care of their people in terms of benefits and I can't complain.
Base pay was on the higher end, equity upside potential felt limited after Tencent acquisition. Campus is stunning and coffee/cafeteria were amazing.
Unlimited PTO, 401k matching, annual bonuses, equity payouts, free lunch and dinner, free snacks, free coffee and smoothie bars.
Good health insurance, lots of options that let you choose, though the quality and amount covered has gone downhill lately.
