Rise Broadband does not match 401K
Pay is stagnant over the last few years. I was paid 26 an hour while guys there much longer were at 18.50. When they hired new guys with no experience it was 20 per hour.
Rise Broadband has reworked benefits package to be more comprehensive and career-minded. Medical was already quite good, now the supplemental benefits are comparable.
Expensive insurance and no 401 k match
Very basic health, dental, vision. No 401K match. The bonus structure is not equal across the board.
Decent health, dental and vision, and 401k. They also offer PTO so when you need days off they are available.
The benefits were nothing special but were adequate
Best: PTO system. I get ~7 hours PTO every 2 weeks. Worst: Health Ins poorly covers bills although they pay for meds pretty well
No 401k match, EE cost expensive, but steady
