Maternity and paternity leave is amazing; well beyond the industry norm. Work from home policy and increased PTO based on tenure is also a huge perk.

The health insurance is better than average with good coverage options. I've appreciated the plan with BlueCross BlueShield. WFH policy is new (instituted late 2017) and has helped with flexibility. I'd like to see the 401K match increase and for salaries to be more competitive.
