great health care benefits, especially for family plans. 401k match but not great
The health insurance is better than average with good coverage options. I've appreciated the plan with BlueCross BlueShield. WFH policy is new (instituted late 2017) and has helped with flexibility. I'd like to see the 401K match increase and for salaries to be more competitive.
Great benefits, plus $50 a month for student loans.
Maternity / Paternity leave is pretty good
There are numerous day-to-day perks like a gym membership, team building events, employee referral programs and opportunities to attend conferences or events. The also company has a great paternity and maternity leave policy for all employees.
Great benefits including 4 months maternity and paternity. Company keeps investing in its employees. Promotions just keep happening as company grows.
They just added a work from home policy based off of employee feedback that there needs to be better work/life balance.
Health insurance is top notch, WFH policy is great, Could have a few more PTO days.
Low Pay but outside of that most things are pretty great, but stressful. I would recommended to pursue based on the amount of training you receive.
Benefits package is pretty good for a smaller company. Medical, vision, and dental insurance is very affordable (cheaper than my previous employer). 4 months paid paternity/maternity time-off is amazing (slowly more and more companies are offering more paid time off for childbirth). No cost short and long term disability. Student loan assistance at $50/month. and tuition reimbursement. Tons of little perks and extras. The few downsides.... -401k match is low at 2.5% and long vesting period (5 years) -18 PTO days and 10 paid holidays is average, but there are blackout periods for some areas -Usually expected to be "on call" or responding to messages when on approved time off -The HR systems and processes could use some improvement. Common to find mistakes on your paycheck or need to ask for help to use a benefit.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
