The worst is that you have to keep doing quarterly items to have a discount applied to the rates.
Benefits are not there to take care of their employees. High deductibles and horrible prescription coverage.
Worst thing is the mandated health screening to get the health insurance down to an adequate rate. The screenings have gotten more and more extensive each year.
They do not state the amount of sick days, it is at the manager's discretion. You get over 10 vacation days you accrue throughout the year and can roll over 5. The medical and dental is pretty good, the vision is not if you need any specialist treatment. They have a 401k plan and a stock option as well. Lots of discounts with car and pet insurance. They will not pay for a standing desk.
For their GCAP program: 10 days vacation and matching 4% 401k.
Used to have a great pension plan, but destroyed it to give more money to upper level management as soon as Bob Gallagher Sr. passes away. Had decent 401k, but mediocre health insurance for an insurance company.
High premium and you pay a lot out of pocket I was shocked the insurance offered was so poor. The company is very large
They offer everything, great benefits. Health, dental, vision, short term disability, 401k, health saving accounts, flex hours, employee stock options etc
