    Vacation time is terrible unless you happened to be grandfathered in from previous acquisitions. Insurance benefits are good if you don’t go to the doctor a lot, most of the time my HRA covers all my expenses for the year without going out of pocket. 401 isn’t matched until end of year and only 2%
