    As a whole the benefits package was great very low rates at so many hotels world wide . They also had programs that you just dont see these days that were truly for the employee to quit smoking leagal help child care etc.

    You are unable to utilize your PTO and Sick Days until you have stayed with the company for a full year. If you are Sick or need to take time off you will be Unpaid the entire first year you are with The Ritz-Carlton.

    One of the best benefits are the room discounts offered. They apply to your immediate family too (mother, father, siblings.) Depending on the season, a room that normally costs $100 a night can cost you $35-$40. Some include free breakfast like the Residence Inn or Fairfield Inn.
