Great Benefits. Very reasonable costs too. Open Enrollment is very easy.
Benefits not really great. 401K matching is capped at $700 per quarter - the lowest I have seen anywhere! Medical/ Dental benefits are provided but premiums are very high / expensive compared to most other companies.

They had a fairly average benefits package, but an above average snack room. Costco shipments every Monday were amazing, although they started to diminish as time went by.

Good amount of PTO and sick leaves - separate. Very good health insurance coverage. Above average industry standards 401K match is okay. 50% match upto 4%. For California - Parental leave is 4 weeks of paid time apart from the state provided FMLA & VDI. Nothing special here.
Benefits packages were solid, not amazing, but certainly comparable across the industry. Healthcare was good even for out-of-state employees, with good coverage across a family.
