great benefits and solid pay!
Rivers Pittsburgh just took away all employee sick days, took away 80% of all employees bonuses, no longer allows employees to enjoy property offerings without jumping through many hoops, new GM continues to drive employee moral into the ground. GM's actions prove that employees are only numbers and can easily be replaced just hold another job fair, experience is leaving on a daily basis.
No pension for the amount of money they bring in.
Healthcare for full-time workers. 401K matching available to all workers. Difficult to get the weekends off unless requested months ahead of time.
The best things about it is that you get benefits after just 90 days with the company. They offer medical, dental, and vision along with many other plans.
The cost for a full time employee is much less than other companies charge for top of the industry benefits
Free glaases once a year with vision. You can do ala carte benefits (ie, get dental only without have to get a medical benefits package).
Rivers casino pays a large percentage of the premium. I only paid approx $50 per paycheck for the best BCBS health plan with vision and dental. You have your choice what Bcbs plan.
401k is great, amount of time off good, but when you can take it sucks
