Roadrunner offers insurance to eligible employees who work more than 30 hours per week. The company offers insurance though United Health Care for Medical and Dental insurance. Employees at our California and Georgia locations also have the option to use Kaiser for medical coverage. Insurance options vary by operating companies.
Premiums are rising at the same time deductibles are rising. The cost is higher to add my partner to my insurance than for us to have our own individual insurance. The family/spouse cost is insane. Having an FSA is nice.
The insurance was pretty good. A little on the expensive side but all in all pretty good insurance.
They had a corporate flex plan that I loved.
Did not receive while there
Exorbitant costs. Do not contribute to your plan if you already have insurance. Mine was much cheaper than theirs and they would not contribute anything towards it.
UHC -- worse than govt healthcare and they know it-- they are all about 25 % growth and pretend profits to shore up stock price for future sale by equity company.
