They have you pick from a 90/10 or a 80/20 which in the past meant they pay 90 you pay 10 and so on, but in all actuality you must pay a $2600 deductible before the actual 90/10 kicks in-VERY CONFUSING.
Bosch offers a very complete benefits package. Retirement, 401k match, Dental, Vision. They do utilize a HDHP but they contribute $1000 towards it.

Overall, the benefits are competitive. Profit sharing could have been better. No negative overall.
