401k, vacation. vacation policies changing for the worst

Vacation days were deducted by the company for some holidays. For example to start you are allotted 10 days of vacation. the company in turn will take away days for holidays that are during extended weekends or end of the year. In reality you'd be left with 7 days out of the ten.

Still has a pension plan, percent depends on age though. US retirement funds kind of bad choices, like HR doesn't care. Similar feeling when asked about chances for health services, only if fit a certain profile (i.e. not active people)
