Pretty standard benefits for a large organization. There are a decent number of quality health insurance plans offered, including HMO, PPO, HSA, FSA, etc. plus vision/dental offerings. Vacation is pretty standard, plus you get additional sick/personal time. 401K is the standard 50% match up to 6% of your annual salary. The best part about working here is that there's flexibility and they treat you like an adult. By that, I mean that they don't nickel and dime you if you need to occasionally come in late or leave early.
I would say the worst was that you need it to work like 7 months in order to qualify for any benefit related to paid sick days, personal days or vacation. Though they offer other perks after a while.
It's great. There are a lot of options!
have benefits for contractors which is good but not the packages are not so great
you can start earning leave after you have worked a certain amount of hours. They do offer 401k and medical benifits
They offer something like 17 days of vacation in the first year which is amazing. Honestly, I'll probably never even take that many days in a year.
