    For a company of this size, it could be better. The 401k, eye insurance, and vacation time are lacking, but at least they exist, so it's better than nothing.

    Pretty poor package for one of the "World's Most Admired Companies." It's almost as if, since they have high turnover, they don't care about offering affordable packages for families since their business model hires a bunch of kids right out of school who don't last long enough to have kids?

    was offered to choose from 2 types of health insurance: Preventative plan and the other plan (more complex) that I couldn't enroll in bc I didn't meet the "length of service" criteria - had to have worked there for 1 year to be eligible.
