I loved I did not have to change providers. They do a VERY thorough training so you know exactly what you are getting and how much you are paying .

Normal corporation health benefit options, choose your deductible, choose dental or vision. They do provide some subsidy to the cost.
You may have to change your current insurance carrier and depending on your pay, it may not be worth it. Especially when on a temp assignment short term. The weekly amount debited from your pay can exhaust your check.
There are three deductible options, coverage is average to above average
