For a company of this size, it could be better. The 401k, eye insurance, and vacation time are lacking, but at least they exist, so it's better than nothing.

Good affordable insurance . Good plans

StarStarStarStarStar Current Technical Editor in Washington, District of Columbia

Better than what you would expect for a part-time contract.

Pretty poor package for one of the "World's Most Admired Companies." It's almost as if, since they have high turnover, they don't care about offering affordable packages for families since their business model hires a bunch of kids right out of school who don't last long enough to have kids?

StarStarStarStarStar Former EA in Evanston, Illinois

The health benefits should be reasonable, but I guess better something than nothing.

Benefits kick in right away if you hire on during open enrollment

The health insurance is good but you can't really beat it anywhere else.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Staffing Manager-OfficeTeam in San Diego, California

I didn't take the plan because of what my spouse had but other colleagues stated it was good coverage.

  • Dec 06, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Former Project Coordinator in Raymond, Ohio

was offered to choose from 2 types of health insurance: Preventative plan and the other plan (more complex) that I couldn't enroll in bc I didn't meet the "length of service" criteria - had to have worked there for 1 year to be eligible.

Their benefits administrator, benefits in a card, is actively out to harm you when sign up for coverage.
