Seemed to be pretty average. Vacation and holidays were paid as usual companies do. Accrued 5 hours of PTO biweekly.

It is impossible to get this benefit working normal hours. You must work overtime to qualify.

Have to work a certain number of hours to get time off, but that is normal for temp or contract agencies like this one.

It increments as time goes. The more the employees stay in the company more Paid time off. But Sick leave is also included in the paid time off which is bad.

They pretty much just took away holiday pay from every temp who doesn't work 40+ hours a week. The requirement use to be around 1150. Now its 2100. Do the math. Assuming you can work 40 hours a week for 52 weeks straight, you still would only be at 2080 hours. I wrote a lengthy email to their benefits encouraging them to change this and showed them the numbers in the process. The only email I got back was they would get back to me. They didn't. Also bonus pay was cut from 40 hour pay week to 20 after 2100 hours. So you don't even get a full weeks pay anymore.
