3 weeks CTO, for sick time and PTO.
Vacation is standard, paid time off is a bit disappointing if you work 4 hours and feel ill and use your paid time they force you to use 8 hours.... also 9.75 hour days as company forces 1.50 hour lunch
Worst thing is it was only 12 days and you're often at the mercy of the boss to get PTO approved
Hours of paid time off are accrued. Average/standard accrual - starts at 4 hours a month and goes up the longer you are with the company.
Too low for PTO coverage. It's vacation/sick combined.
Flexible time off allows you to use as sick time or vacation. Floating holidays, bereavement, and standard holiday pay are separate
If you are a corporate employee you have the paid vacation. Recruiters don't get all government holidays
