Great benefits: health, dental, vision, 401k and match, profit sharing, PTO, paid volunteer time, flexible schedule with 37.5 hour work week
Good benefits overall, but very high deductible for health insurance
Benefits were completely average. The health insurance had a high deductible and employee (I do not use the Baird "preferred" term associate) premium was based on salary bands. Inn order to qualify for lower premium, employees must complete a health and wellness program. 19 days PTO plus holidays, but tough to get the good days (day after Thanksgiving or other holiday). Pay was pretty low and raises are roughly 2% a year. There is a potential 15% bonus which is in place to really help those with higher salaries. Company matches first $2000 of 401(k) contribution. For as good of a company as Baird brags it is (its not even close to a top 10 company) the benefits are not great.
God family/work balance. Great 401K match. The company gives you a day to go out and give back by volunteering in the community.
Flexible work life balance and face time with senior leadership
The company gives employees the opportunity to buy stock at a discount. This is a lucrative opportunity, as the stock had had consistent appreciation and pays a significant annual cash dividend
its not the best and its not the worst. it can be better I have had better benefits packages The 401k is competitive
Great bonus, profit sharing, ok 401k match. Health not too good. Company activities for families are great.
Overall, nice but not terribly competitive. There is a 401(k) match, but it seems low. PTO time is generous and fairly flexible - nice for those with families.
RWB provides good health insurance with a decent amount of options available. Happy with the coverage.
