“Generous PTO for the US comparatively to other US based companies”
Good selection of health care options
The benefits used to have completely free options, but now to have an option (other than the high deductible) the employee must pay every month towards insurance.
Healthcare was free for one year then they took it away and everyone’s paychecks were significantly altered. They tried to correct it with a “pay bump” that made no noticeable difference in anyone’s pay. So essentially in the New Year it was take a pay cut or have no health insurance. There is free/catered lunch on Thursdays but the options have gone significantly downhill. There are a few snacks in the kitchen and “breakfast” which means there’s bread and cereal.
Generous PTO and wellness perks (gym membership reimbursement)
